Due to the overwhelming amount of junk messages posted as comments, FAQ suggestions, etc., user accounts and commenting have been disabled on the site.

Q:   What are the benefits of creating a user account on the SELENE site? What are the downsides?
A: Creating an account on our site enables you to participate in our organization through involvement in our online community. Once you create an account and log on, you will be able to:

  • Post messages to our forums
  • Comment on announcements, articles, FAQs, and more
  • Receive our occasional e-newsletters
  • Suggest new FAQs
  • ... and more

There really aren't any downsides. We don't sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone. We won't bombard you with our own email (though we will send you occasional email messages). And, we won't ask you for money!
